We have been working hard at establishing the financial, legal and social framework for Heartward. We have also entered into an agreement with Co-Production Housing (CPH), an organisation established by our partners A Fairer Society (AFS) to support community groups like ours in navigating the immense challenges of finding land and negotiating with landowners, planners, local authorities and so on.
At time of writing we are actively in discussion with landowners at a couple of promising sites, from dozens identified by CPH, and are more hopeful than at any time since Heartward was established that it can be a reality in the not too distant future.
